BWORZ imports green coffee beans from over 20 countries. We proudly partner with cooperatives, smallholder farmers, and single-estate farms, forming meaningful relationships built on mutual respect and shared values. These producers stand out for their steadfast dedication to conserving the environment. Our Beans are Stored in Green Rooms

Colorado’s dry climate causes the characteristics and roast profiles to change due to the coffee’s moisture content. Most roasters store green coffee in “green rooms” leading to moisture buildup and eventual molding; However, At Bworz we believe in delivering the finest quality coffee by keeping humidity levels below 65% and pulling our inventory weekly.

Slow Roasted in the Tradition of Small Batch Roasting

We roast our beans in the Mile-High City. This gives us a natural edge. In high altitude areas it takes longer to bake and cook, which means it also takes longer to roast a batch of coffee. Here at BWORZ, we do not alter the natural process by increasing heat to meet time goals. Our goal is to make the best cup of coffee. Freshness is Key

Everything we do is to bring you a coffee unlike any other. So,  why store it? We don’t. It is delivered to you within a day of being roasted
